Facilitating the use and creation of multilingual forms
Design of a form system for the Brazilian Foreign Office to improve consulate services.
At the core of the project lies the citizen’s right to be able to understand everything that a public administrative body wishes to communicate.
Having identified and organised all the different processes carried out at the consulate, an analysis of the procedures was made, simplifying and grouping them by categories in order to create components.
Following validation with the legal team, the effectiveness of the shortening process was tested with the target audience.

The result of the ongoing project is: a system that facilitates the tasks of creating and editing forms, reducing incidents with users, and making the experience of using the forms more pleasant, accessible and, above all, self-explanatory.
